Day 2: Open Water Sessions

• Free Immersion Techniques
• Constant Weight Freediving Practices
• Rescue and Safety Drills

Advanced Freediver Course

Day 3: Classroom and Confined Water Sessions

• Advanced Freediving Physiology and Techniques
• Practicing Advanced Static and Dynamic Apnea

Day 4: Open Water Sessions

• Advanced Free Immersion and Constant Weight Techniques
• Deep Freediving Practices

Day 5-6: Rest and Self-Study
