The PADI Instructor Crossover 2026 program is designed to contribute to the development of the local diving industry, enhance the quality of the instructor workforce in Vietnam, and provide instructors from other training organizations with a smooth, professional, and efficient pathway to transition to PADI.

Up to AUD 3,345 in benefits for instructors from other diving organizations

Rumblefish Vietnam is offering the PADI Instructor Crossover 2026 program from 1 September to 20 December 2026, applicable to candidates taking their Instructor Examination (IE) within the PADI Asia Pacific region.

The program is open to citizens of the Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and Indonesia.

Total Benefits: Up to AUD 3,345

The benefits include:

• IE fee waived
• IDC Instructor Application fee waived
• EFR Instructor Application fee waived
• PADI Membership 2027 fee waived
• PADI Vietnamese-language training materials valued at AUD 1,050 for Vietnamese candidates

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the program, candidates must:

• Take their first IE between 1 September and 20 December 2026 within the PADI Asia Pacific region.
• Have the PADI Course Director submit the IE application directly to PADI Asia Pacific.
• Hold an instructor certification from another recognized diving training organization, issued on or before 14 August 2026.
• Be in good standing with their current training organization and not be suspended or under investigation.
• Complete a PADI IDC or OWSI with a PADI Course Director.
• Purchase the required PADI training materials, except for materials covered by the Vietnamese candidate benefit.
• Receive PADI approval by email before enrolling in the IDC/OWSI.
